As ACECR public relation reporter said, the ceremony began with the speeches of Prof. “Wirgiliusz Golabek” who congratulated the students’ successfulness of finishing their career, saying that it was the result of the positive relationship between Islamic republic of Iran and Poland.By evaluating the career, he referred to the efforts of authorities and academic staff and said the friendly relationship between the two countries will develop educational and scientific co-operations.
On the 30th of August 2007 the graduation ceremony of Iranian ACECR students was held in the presence of “Mohammad Fayazi” the second chancellor for Islamic Republic of Iran embassy in Poland, Prof. “Szelc” vice president for international affairs, Prof. “Wirgiliusz Golabek” vice president for teaching, and other authorities and teachers of UITM University in Rzeszow.
“Mohammad Fayazi” the second chancellor for Islamic Republic of Iran embassy to Poland as the second speaker, congratulating the success to the students, referred to the relationship between two countries and said that the history of this relationship goes back to 1474 (ac) when the first delegation from Iran has been received by the polish king.
He focused on historical documents of the two countries adding that this is the 80th year of the settlement of diplomatic relationships between Iran and Poland which will be developing by holding some exhibition.
Focusing on the unique influence of scientific co-operations on the development of relationships between two countries, he wished these interactions to be developed more which is highly supported by Iranian authority.Mr. “Masoud Zahabion”, the ACECR students’ representative in Poland read the message of Dr. “Hamid Reza Tayebi” the president of ACECR to the audience which comes in the following paragraphs:

“Dear colleagues and friend;
Informing you my happiness of your graduation on the holy and auspicious days of Imam Mahdi’s birthday “the only person to reclaim the humanity”, I hope that it will bring you unique bliss’s and benedictions in the future.
I was interested in coming to Poland with my research and education VPs to say you my best wishes of wellness in your presence. Unfortunately, it couldn’t happen for the lack of sufficient time and lots of jobs to be done at the moment.
So sending this message, I am going to say you my congratulation for the holy day of Imam Mahdi’s birthday and your great achievement .I hope you to be successful in your education and working for the great ACECR in the future.
In addition, I am sending my best thanks to president of University of Information Technology and Management Prof. “Tadeusz Pomianek”, all his colleagues and teachers, for facilitating ease of education for my colleagues.”
Likewise, Ali akbar Asghari on behalf his classmate appreciated all the ACECR and university authority for providing this opportunity to get this degree.
At the end, Merit awards for the best academic results were granted to Ms. Shahnaz Baghbani and Mr. Mohammad PourMahmoud Hesar .So, According to the report, the students received their M.Phil’s Diplomas from the president of this ceremony in the following field of studies:
